SRS Distribution Announces that Crown C Supply Company has Joined the SRS Family of Companies

SRS Distribution (“SRS”) announced that it has joined forces with Crown C Supply Company, Inc. (“Crown C”), an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Crown C Supply was founded in 1976 and currently services a 200-mile radius around the St. Louis metropolitan area. Tom Connelly (President) and the entire Crown C team will be staying with the company to run the operation going forward, which will ensure continuity and consistency for the customers, employees, and supplier partners of Crown C. As a result of this acquisition, SRS will transition all existing and future metropolitan St. Louis locations to operate under the Crown C Supply name.
