Amy Suchanek-Vacca Joins Noble as Chief People Officer

Amy joined Noble as Chief People Officer on July 8, 2019.  A proponent of teamwork, compassion, and authenticity, Amy unlocks potential to support business objectives.

Amy brings almost 20 years of global human resources and business experience to Noble. Most recently, Amy was VP People Operations & Strategy at NewStore, a SaaS startup with 140+ employees globally and multiple locations in Germany and the United States.  Here Amy led the connection between business strategy, company culture, and organizational structure through various people programs and initiatives.  She focused on organizational health and supporting the management team’s operations – bringing team cohesion, clarity, and consistently throughout the organization.

Before this, Amy spent almost 15 years as part of Adidas Group in various roles in the U.S., Germany, and Hong Kong.  She worked in Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, and HR Management.  Together with her team, she supported many different businesses within the Adidas Group – including brand development, sourcing, supply chain, warehouse & distribution, finance, and HR – to drive business results by focusing on People.

Amy earned an MBA at Bentley College, McCallum Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science at Boston College in Human Resources Management and Marketing.
