Elco Building Supply Announces Closure at the End of 2019

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that Elco Building Supply will be ceasing operations at the end of 2019.

We have reached a place in the life of the company that makes liquidating our assets in order to eliminate our debt the best decision for ourselves, and our creditors. Fortunately, we will not be entering bankruptcy or other creditor protection, and believe that the proceeds from the liquidation of our existing assets will cover our outstanding debts.

As of December 31st, we will be vacating our existing location, and request that all correspondence likely to arrive after that date be directed either to jellis@elcobs.com , or if mailed be sent to 712 N Kansas Ave, Roswell, NM 88201.

A few requests for you our customers-

#1- Please change our remit to address in your AP situation to the info above. We will send a final statement at the end of December, and will include that information in that statement as well.

#2- We will begin liquidating our inventory immediately, and will be sending out information on discounts, etc almost daily. If you have any interest at all in any of the items offered, please let us know! We look forward to seeing you take advantage of some great deals!

#3- We will also be liquidating our fixed assets including fixtures, tools, truck, forklift, computers, and office equipment. If you have any interest in any of these, please let us know asap!

Again, we are disappointed that the situation has reached this point, but we are so thankful that we are able to wind the business down in an orderly manner. We appreciate so much your support, trust, patience and the opportunity that you have given us in the past 18 months as we pursued the dream that was Elco Building Supply. We look forward to what the future brings, and hope that we will have the opportunity to work with many of you again in the future.
