Hunter Douglas Acquires Minority in Select Blinds
Hunter Douglas, the world market leader in window coverings (Luxaflex®) and a major manufacturer of architectural products, has agreed to acquire a 30% minority in Select Blinds, with an option to purchase the remainder. Select Blinds, a North American online retailer of its own branded window covering products, had 2018 sales of USD 94 million. Terms were not disclosed.
Select Blinds is based in Tempe, Arizona and will remain a standalone business under its existing management team.
