L&W Supply Names Lukas Treffers as Regional Business Manager for the West

L&W Supply, a nationwide distributor of interior building materials and construction supplies, has announced that Lukas Treffers has accepted the role of Regional Business Manager for the West.

Treffers has spent the last two years of his career in various roles as part of the Associate Manager Training (“AMT”) program. The program is designed to provide college graduates with the opportunity to fast track their path into a branch manager role. Trainees receive training in delivery services, warehousing, inside and outside sales, and job shadowing of a Managing Partner.

During his initial assignment at the Phoenix Branch, Treffers was a Delivery Services Stocker, Dispatcher, and Outside Sales Representative. Additionally, he provided key assistance as an Inside Sales Representative, with the integration of the Metro Building Products acquisition in Denver, Colorado, for six months in 2019.

As Regional Business Manager, Treffers will be responsible for facilitating key vendor relationships, sourcing L&W Supply’s top product categories and ensuring that the company’s branches in the West are aligned with leading brands to provide world-class solutions and service to our customers. The West region consists of California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
