Report: Buffalo Grove Extends Sales-Tax Deal With Hines Lumber for 20 More Years
According to local news reports, Hines Building Supply – US LBM, LLC (HQ: Buffalo Grove, IL), is extending their tax agreement with Buffalo Grove.
The Daily Herald reports that “Buffalo Grove is renewing its 20-year-old sales tax sharing agreement with its largest sales tax generator” Hines Building Supply. It was noted that the “terms remain the same, with Hines receiving 60% of the sales tax generated through November 2040 from its” corporate headquarters location.
