SRS Expands its Presence in Ohio Through the Acquisition of C.C. Supply

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced that it has acquired C.C. Supply (the “Company”), a distributor of residential & commercial roofing, siding, windows & doors, and other related products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Barberton, Ohio, C.C. Supply was founded in the early 1970s by Tony Crookston Jr. and is currently owned and managed by three of his sons – Tony III, Dan, and Larry Sr. The Company also operates two other locations in Akron and Wooster. The Crookston brothers will assist with transition of the business, ensuring continuity and consistency for the Company’s customers, suppliers, and employees.
