SRS Expands its Presence in the Midwest Through the Acquisition of Louis T. Ollesheimer & Son, Inc.

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced that it has acquired Louis T. Ollesheimer & Son, Inc. (“LTO” or the “Company”), a distributor of commercial & residential roofing and other related products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan, LTO was founded in 1916 and is currently run by Jamie Ollesheimer. The Company operates 12 locations across four states (MI, IN, OH, WV) and employs a team of ~80 people. Jamie will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated employee base under the LTO banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
