Hunter Douglas, half year results for 2022:

Seasonality in the sun protection business resulted in a break even for the period before the sale to 3G on February 25, 2022, and such operating results were sold with the business in and do not accrue to the Company’s shareholders in any case. Accordingly, the half report shows purchase accounting for the Asset Deal announced on 30 December 2021 and the interest on the intercompany receivables for the purchase price since the date of the asset sale, all in accordance with prior announcements.

A squeeze-out proceeding has been commenced by the buyer to pay the minority shareholders the same cash consideration per share received by the majority shareholder. Hunter Douglas NV no longer has an operating business. The common shares of Hunter Douglas N.V. are (still) traded on Amsterdam’s Euronext and the Frankfurter Börse. They will be delisted as per previous press releases.
