Kodiak Building Partners Announces Construction Supply Leadership Promotions

Kodiak Building Partners and Barton Supply announced today the promotion of Cody Brooks to President of Barton Supply. As President, Brooks will lead all operations at Barton’s four locations. In his new role, he will continue to report to Don Barton, who will transition full-time to President of Kodiak’s Construction Supplies group.

“Promoting Cody to President is another important milestone as we continually enhance our operations through improved coordination, communication, and alignment,” said Don Barton, President of Kodiak’s Construction Supply group. “Cody’s contributions have played a significant part in Barton’s success. Brooks will remain at Barton’s Aurora Headquarters location, where he has served as Director of Sales since 2018. Brooks joined Barton in 2012 as an Account Manager and worked his way up to Sales Manager in 2016 until he was promoted again in 2018 to Director of Sales. As Director of Sales, Brooks manages and oversees the sales operations at Barton and has been instrumental in designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with customers, and evaluating costs to determine product pricing.
