Collins Appoints Frank Torresy as General Counsel

Collins announced today that Frank Torresy, will become General Counsel for the company.

Frank has over 15 years of experience in general corporate and complex commercial law, and real asset portfolio investment management. Most recently, he was the Vice President for Investments at Agriculture Capital Management. Prior to that, Frank earned a decade of industry specific experience as General Counsel and Director of Real Estate for Stimson Lumber Company. During his time at Stimson, he led strategic acquisitions of timberlands, negotiated complex multi-party commercial agreements, managed all legal matters spanning several practice areas including environmental law.

Frank received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
