In the week ending October 20, 2023, the price of Western S-P-F 2×4 #2&Btr KD (RL) was US$374 mfbm, said forest products industry price guide newsletter Madison’s Lumber Reporter. This is down by -$8, or -2%, from the previous week when it was $382.

That week’s price is down by -$39, or -9%, from one month ago when it was US$413 mfbm.

Compared to the same week last year, when it was US$445 mfbm, that week’s price is down by -$71, or -16%. Compared to two years ago when it was US$595 mfbm, that week’s price is down by -$221 or -37%.

In the week ending October 20, 2023, the price of Southern Yellow Pine East Side 2×4 #2&Btr KD (RL) was US$455 mfbm. This is down by -$25, or -5%, from the previous week when it was $480.

That week’s price is down by -$60, or -12%, from one month ago when it was US$515 mfbm.
