That week’s price is down by -$33, or -8%, from one month ago when it was US$413 mfbm.

Compared to the same week last year, when it was US$480 mfbm, that week’s price is down by -$100, or -21%. Compared to two years ago when it was US$630 mfbm, that week’s price is down by -$250 or -40%.

In the week ending October 27, 2023, the price of Southern Yellow Pine East Side 2×4 #2&Btr KD (RL) was US$435 mfbm. This is down by -$20, or -4%, from the previous week when it was $455.
