In the week ending November 24, 2023, the price of Western S-P-F 2×4 #2&Btr KD (RL) was US$414 mfbm, said forest products industry price guide newsletter Madison’s Lumber Reporter. This is up by +$10, or +2%, from the previous week when it was US$404 mfbm.

That week’s price is up by +$20, or +5%, from one month ago when it was US$384 mfbm.

Compared to the same week last year, when it was US$490 mfbm, that week’s price is down by -$76, or -16%. Compared to two years ago when it was US$630 mfbm, that week’s price is down by -$216 or -34%.

In the week ending November 24, 2023, the price of Southern Yellow Pine East Side 2×4 #2&Btr KD (RL) was US$415 mfbm. This is up by +$10, or +2%,  from the previous week when it was US$405 mfbm.

That week’s price is down by -$54, or -11%, from one month ago when it was US$469 mfbm.
