The newly expanded and remodeled Rochester Hills, Mich., store will hold a celebration April 11-14, 2024.

Great Lakes Ace Hardware, located at 3182 Walton Blvd. (at Adams) in Rochester Hills, Mich., will host a grand “re-opening” celebration and sale on April 11-14, 2024.

According to Michelle Reece, general manager of Great Lakes Ace Hardware Rochester Hills, more than 5,000 sq. ft. was added to the store during the recent remodeling project. The additional sales space will now accommodate a full line of Stihl outdoor power equipment, Carhartt workwear, and a greatly expanded Backyard BBQ section – selling such brands as Weber, Traeger, Big Green Egg, and Ooni grills and accessories.

The store also sells lawn and garden supplies, fasteners, tools, plumbing, and electrical supplies, and offers services such as automotive key cutting and fob replacement and propane tank exchange. It also features several specialty departments selling such brands as:

  • Milwaukee, DeWalt, and Craftsman power tools
  • Benjamin Moore and Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines paints
  • Ego and Milwaukee outdoor power equipment
  • Solo Stove firepits
  • Yeti coolers and accessories

Reece added, “We have operated a store in Rochester Hills since 1987 and have grown with this community as a trusted neighbor, an employer, and the place people turn to for reliable service, helpful advice, and the products they need to get their household projects done right. It’s a thrill to expand this store to showcase new and exciting products and create additional opportunities for our team to demonstrate the Ace Helpful Promise every day.”
