Monsma Marketing Announces Leadership Changes with Retirement of Long-Serving President

Monsma Marketing Corporation, an innovative leader in the building supply and hearth product distribution industries, announces the retirement of its long-serving and much-admired President, George Brightrall, effective May 31, 2024. After nearly a half century of devoted service, George will leave behind a legacy of incredible achievements, lifelong positive relationships, and steadfast leadership both internally and outside of the company.

For the past 50 years, George has been instrumental in driving Monsma’s growth and success, leading the company through many transformative changes, and setting new standards in the industry. George’s commitment to excellence and innovation has left an indelible mark on Monsma’s organization and its employees.

“We are immensely grateful for George’s visionary leadership and unwavering dedication over the years,” said Jane Lovell, CEO of the company. “Under George’s guidance, Monsma has reached significant milestones and established a strong foundation for future success. We wish George all the best in his well-deserved retirement. He will always be a part of our Monsma family.”

In conjunction with George’s retirement, Monsma is pleased to announce the appointment of John F. Rosenbrook (Rosy) as Monsma’s new President. Rosenbrook, who will assume the role on June 1, 2024, is already a strong, valued leader with Monsma. Being a part of Monsma for over 9 years and serving there as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for over 5 years, John is a highly respected figure in the building materials industry. John has a proven track record of leadership and innovation during his tenure at Monsma and with other well-respected companies in the industry. John’s extensive experience and strategic vision will be invaluable as Monsma embarks on its next chapter.

In addition, Monsma Marketing is excited to announce the promotion of Brian Stephens to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. After 26 years of growing Monsma in the Sales and Marketing arena, Brian will continue to bring a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the building material and hearth industries to Monsma’s table. Already a treasured part of the Monsma leadership team, in his new role, Brian will continue to work closely with John to drive strategic initiatives and foster continued growth for the company.
