Expansion of Amarillo facility to improve efficiency and product availability

Rugby Architectural Building Products is excited to announce a significant enhancement in service for its West Texas customers. The company is uniting its Lubbock customer service center with the newly expanded warehouse in Amarillo. This merger will be finalized by July 1 and promises improved efficiency, a wider range of products, and superior customer service.

The new 36,000-square-foot warehouse, double the size of the previous facility, will house a larger inventory of products and streamline operations to better meet customer needs. This strategic expansion will result in a more robust product offering, enhanced sales support, and a more efficient order and delivery process.

“The expansion and upgrades to our Amarillo warehouse are a direct response to the growth and loyalty of our customers,” said Maxwell Elliott, General Manager of Rugby West Texas. “The larger facility will allow us to stock a deeper inventory of essential items, including better access to Wilsonart products, ensuring our customers have what they need when they need it.”

“With this consolidation, we are enhancing our service capabilities, including offering deliveries to the Lubbock area three times a week,” Elliott further noted. “We will also now have the capacity to deliver all goods on a single truck.”
