Ace Retail Holdings Names Tony Houk Vice President of Store Operations

Ace Retail Holdings — the parent company of Westlake Ace Hardware, Great Lakes Ace Hardware, and other retail hardware brands — recently promoted Tony Houk to vice president of store operations. In his new role, Houk will oversee all store operations across Ace Retail Holdings’ 250+ locations. He will also sit on the company’s Executive Committee.

Houk was previously the chief operating officer of Great Lakes Ace Hardware. While there, he played a pivotal role in streamlining store operations, enhancing customer service, and driving sales growth. Prior to that, he worked for Ace Hardware Inc.

Houk is a graduate of Ball State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business.
