With 17 years of experience in the lumber industry, Chelsea has consistently demonstrated her expertise, leadership, and innovative thinking. As the East Coast Sales Manager for Patrick Lumber Company, Chelsea has played a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strategic industry relationships, and leading the company’s marketing initiatives. In addition to her work at Patrick Lumber, she serves as a board member of Patrick Lumber Manufacturing and holds leadership roles in industry organizations.

Chelsea’s professional accomplishments have earned her significant recognition throughout her career, including the North American Wholesale Lumber Association’s (NAWLA) Young Emerging Lumber Professionals (YELP) 40 Under 40 Award and Washington State University’s Notable Alumni Award in 2020. Her commitment to advancing the industry is further evident through her service as Chair of NAWLA’s Education Committee and as a board member of the North American Forest Foundation.

Chelsea also co-hosts the popular podcast Lumber Slingers, a platform that educates and connects the lumber community on key issues and trends.
