Reimer Hardwoods Acquires E Roko Distributors

Colin Reimer, President and CEO of Reimer Hardwoods Ltd. is pleased to announce that Reimer Hardwoods has reached an agreement to purchase E Roko Distributors from the Kliman family. Founded in 1970, E Roko offers product lines that compliment those stocked by Reimer Hardwoods and are well-suited to the needs of our existing customer base. Reimer is a market leader in hardwood lumber, panel products and edge tape, E Roko excels in coatings, motion hardware, adhesives and surface preparation.

As part of the acquisition, Reimer Hardwoods will also take on the E Roko location in Calgary AB, which will strengthen our presence in this important market. We have entered into distribution agreements for all of E Roko’s major product lines, and the transition will take place throughout January.  

This strategic acquisition enhances Reimer Hardwoods position with our existing customers, allows us to welcome new customers into our family, and expands our ability to provide the same time-tested reliability and value commitment to a broader range of products.
