Apogee Enterprises CFO James Porter to Retire From Company in 2020
Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (“Apogee” or the “Company”) announced the planned retirement of James S. Porter, the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, after a 22 year career with the company, including over 14 years as CFO. Apogee is beginning a search for its next CFO and has retained an executive search firm to assist in the process. Porter will continue in his current role until a successor is appointed.
