Britton Lumber Company Wins Best Featured Product at LBM Expo
Britton Lumber Company has received the LBM Expo’s Best Featured Product Award for its Cool-Vent composite insulation board. Retail attendees voted for the product in the “Featured Product Pavilion” located right on the show floor at the 128th LBM Expo held on December 8 & 9, 2021 in Providence, R.I. In addition to being recognized among industry peers, the Best Featured Product winner receives 10% off booth pricing (per sq. ft.) in the next year’s show.
Cool-Vent is a venting composite insulation board that consists of a 4’x8’ panel of rigid polyiso, a middle layer of solid wood spacers, creating a standard 1” air space and a top layer of APA/TECO rated OSB or plywood. Cool-Vent is the environmentally intelligent choice for steep slope roofing applications and is viable in green and sustainable building designs.
Celebrating its 75th year in 2021, Britton Lumber Company is a manufacturer of Eastern White Pine and distributor of building materials in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. The company has approximately 65 employees and operates a fleet of 12+ tractor-trailers.
