Chris Swenson Named Vice President of Human Resource of Parksite

Parksite, Inc. announced the appointment of Chris Swenson to the newly created role of Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, Chris will lead Parksite’s Human Resources teams across all business units. “Significant growth and expansion, like we’ve experienced at Parksite, brings different demands on the business, and as we approach 1,000 Associate Owners, Human Resources is a perfect example. Growing leaders from within the organization is even more critical to our future success so we’re investing in our people and in our Human Resources organization,” states Ron Heitzman, CEO. “In Chris we’ve found a ‘been-there-done-that’ leader who can help us deepen our already great ownership culture.”
Chris has over 20 years of experience in executive Human Resources leadership roles, including Fortune 500, private equity and privately held manufacturing companies. Most recently Chris served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Waterton, a real estate investment and property management company. “It is exciting and inspiring to join an organization who is committed to its largest asset, the employee-owners.
