LL Flooring Announces Appointment of Chief Accounting Officer

As previously disclosed on the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 11, 2023, Chasity Grosh resigned as Chief Accounting Officer (“CAO”), effective September 1, 2023.

As a result, effective September 1, 2023, the Board of Directors of LL Flooring Holdings, Inc. appointed Robert L. Madore as CAO. Mr. Madore continues to also serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
