Rival Names Director of Innovation and Process Improvement

Rival Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of Shon Steger as the new director of innovation and process improvement. In this role, Steger will be instrumental in driving innovation and improvement across the company’s portfolio of businesses.

Steger brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having previously served in various roles at Ambassador Enterprises since 2017. Most recently, he held the position of director of investment services, where he focused on merger and acquisition deal flow, financial evaluation of opportunities, and affiliate support. Prior to his time at Ambassador Enterprises, Steger spent 17 years in the medical device industry, where he held roles in engineering, research management, and business development.
