The Lester Group Appoints New VP, Fortress Door Company

The Lester Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jerry Pennington as the new Vice President of Fortress Door Company, effective October 28. Jerry brings over three decades of industry experience to his new role at Fortress Door, where he will be instrumental in guiding the company’s sales and operational strategies.

Jerry Pennington comes to Fortress Door after a distinguished 19-year tenure at American Direct, where he held several key executive roles and significantly contributed to the company’s growth. His extensive experience also includes 13 years of valuable industry involvement with various independent distributors in the Midwest and with VELUX America.

Under his leadership, Fortress Door Company is set to expand its operations with a new manufacturing plant in Atlanta later this year. This expansion is aimed at increasing the production capacity of their commercial door line. The new facility will enhance the company’s ability to meet the growing demand in the commercial and residential sectors, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional, tailored solutions to each customer.
