LMC Announces Leadership Promotions and Role Advancements

LMC is pleased to announce a series of title changes, promotions, and role advancements that reflect our commitment to fostering talent, optimizing our organizational structure, and positioning the company for continued growth and success.

These strategic changes are designed to empower our leadership team, streamline communication, and create a more agile and responsive organization in key growth categories. By recognizing the talent and dedication of our team members, we ensure that LMC is well-equipped to capitalize on emerging opportunities and drive sustainable innovation.

Title Changes: Effective immediately, the title of Purchasing Manager will transition to Director to better reflect the expanded scope of responsibilities in senior roles. This forward-thinking change aligns with the growing expectations of leadership positions to emphasize strategic, cross-functional, and leadership-focused initiatives. Promotions: We are proud to recognize the following team members for their outstanding contributions and commitment to LMC’s mission:

• Lauren Stout: Promoted to Director of Logistics (previously Logistics Manager).
• Jon Benhaim: Promoted to Director of Panels (previously Department Manager in Commodities).
• Brid O’Leary: Promoted to Buyer – Kitchens and Bath (previously an Assistant in the department).

Role Advancements: In support of our commitment to scaling high-growth areas, we are excited to announce the creation of a new Senior Manager role. This role reflects our proactive approach to prioritizing key departments with significant growth potential:

• Rachel Hoops: Promoted to Senior Manager-Components & B2B Sales (previously Department Manager).
• Deirdre Garland: Promoted to Senior Manager of Kitchens and Baths (previously Department Manager).

This new role underscores our belief in the growth potential of the B2B/Components and Kitchen and Baths departments, positioning LMC to remain agile, efficient, and innovative in these critical areas.
