Chris Gongora-Davis will lead the Springfield, Oregon Warehouse

True Value is excited to announce the promotion of Chris Gongora-Davis to General Operations Manager at its Springfield, Oregon warehouse, effective immediately.

Born and raised in the Northwest, Chris brings 17 years of warehousing experience to his new role. He has successfully led teams in Shipping, Inventory, Stocking, Office Management, and Inbound/Outbound Operations. His dedication to excellence was recognized when he earned four consecutive Pinnacle awards as the Inbound/Outbound Manager in Springfield. Chris’ passion for leadership, coaching for success, and improving operational performance has made a significant impact on the team and operations.
