ABC Supply Co., Inc. Announces Two New Regional Vice Presidents

ABC Supply Co., Inc., the largest wholesale distributor of roofing and other select exterior and interior building products in North America, has announced the promotions of two new regional vice presidents, Matt Belcher and Scott Toumbleston, made effective April 1, 2025.
Matt Belcher has been promoted to vice president of ABC Supply’s Southwest Region. In his new role, Belcher will oversee business performance and growth at ABC Supply locations across the seven-state region: Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. Belcher joined ABC Supply in 2005 and has over 22 years of industry experience, managing branches in Tyler, Bryan and Katy, Texas. He most recently served six years as district manager of Houston beginning in 2019.
Scott Toumbleston has been promoted to vice president of ABC Supply’s Southeast Region. In his new role, Toumbleston will be responsible for the strategic growth and operations at ABC Supply locations across eight states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Toumbleston joined ABC Supply in 2010, following the company’s acquisition of Bradco Supply, and brings over 23 years of industry experience. At ABC Supply, he has managed the Dunnellon and Jacksonville, Florida, locations, was promoted to district manager of the Pacific Northwest in 2017 and more recently advanced to district manager of the Blue Ridge District.
